Description:

Dry grassland is becoming increasingly important due to climate change. This MSR mixture is a good choice for longer periods of drought and extreme temperatures in summer.

The high proportion of tall fescue is the right response to drought stress, especially when irrigation is limited. This type of grass can root particularly deeply and thus tap into water reserves in the deeper soil.

Although tall fescue needs a little more time to establish, it is then a reliable partner in the mixture, which lasts a long time even under extreme site conditions and forms a dense and green sward.

The varieties ROCKWELL and SC 1 are new varieties that characterize the typical appearance of the lawn and thus differ from the filigree structure of a heavily red fescue-based ornamental lawn. All in all, a modern lawn that adapts to climatic changes and ensures that you don't have to do without the lively green even in dry and hot summers.

✔️ Festuca arundinacea ROCKWELL / SC 1 are two very drought-tolerant and robust varieties of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) with absolute best values. Tall fescue has particularly deep roots and therefore has access to water in deeper soil layers that cannot be reached by other grass species. Even during long periods of drought, this mixture retains a dark green color.
